Wednesday Lit Talks in June

Event date:
Wednesday, June 3, 2015 - 5:00pm to 6:00pm

The latest neighborhood news in children's literacy? It's Lit Talks with Regina every Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. at Bank Street Book Store, of course! Middle-graders and their families are invited to join Regina, resident fiction expert, as she presents dramatic readings of outstanding graphic novels throughout the month of June. It is not required to read each book prior to each lit talk, but it is required to listen, think, and enjoy the best in books for young readers.

On Wednesday, June 3, Regina introduces "Adventures of Superhero Girl" by Faith Erin Hicks, a tale of a girl with extraordinary powers in an often all-too ordinary world.
